  • Elliott, K. (February 2012-December 2017). Lead content strategist, content developer, and project manager of Learning and Teaching, an EDC website. In addition to leading multiple upgrades to the site, I wrote all of the descriptive text about our work; produced hundreds of news items, staff bios, and blog posts; and supervised a team of technology specialists and site maintenance staff. Regularly analyzed web traffic and generated trend reports and infographics.
  • Elliott, K. (February 2012-December 2017). Lead content strategist, content developer, and project manager of an intranet that provided staff with extensive resources to support their development and project work. Developed deep content for the intranet including writing 20 capacity statements and creating multiple tools to guide proposal teams and promote professional learning. Oversaw three other staff who contributed to the site. Conducted surveys of staff satisfaction with intranet to ensure continuous improvement of content.
